This is a monthly subscription, and as the name suggests, you need to make a payment every first of the month to continue accessing the subscription content. Otherwise, access to your classes will be eliminated.
PAYMENTS
-HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Every first day of the month, an automatic charge will be made to your PayPal account unless you cancel your subscription directly in your PayPal payments. It is your responsibility to cancel subscriptions directly on PayPal or through direct email contact at pekascookiesonline@gmail.com at least 2 days before your cutoff date. Otherwise, the monthly charge will be processed, and no cash refunds are made, and the recurring charge continues.
The cost is $15.96 USD per month.
The payment for your current subscription gives you access to content from the 1st to the 30th of the month you pay. Each month, we will create 12 projects of decorated cookies with royal icing unless there is a public holiday in the United States, in which case, there won’t be a tutorial on that day.

Now, how will you watch the videos? Let me explain. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, we will have pre-recorded videos of cookies with royal icing.
If you have any questions after watching a tutorial video, you can send me a message directly at pekascookiesonline@gmail.com, and I will gladly resolve it as soon as possible during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
***I do not respond to messages on Saturdays and Sundays as those are the days dedicated to my family.
-WHERE CAN I FIND THE MATERIALS AND TEMPLATES?
In each lesson, a video tutorial is attached with the necessary materials, as well as templates that you can adjust to the size you want. Remember that templates are for personal use only and are available in the course. You can post a photo of your finished work but not the process of making it, class materials, or illustrations.

People ask me,
“What videos can I watch if I pay for my subscription, and the next month I don’t pay?”
As long as your membership is active, you can watch your videos. If you cancel your subscription, you lose access to all content.
Let me explain:
For example, if you bought a subscription in December and pay again in January, you can watch the videos from December and January. But if February 1st comes, and you don’t pay, you lose your videos from December and January. Now, if on February 1st, you decide to enter again, you will only have access to the February videos. Your previous subscriptions will not resume because they are not cumulative. Do you understand?
Once the chain of active subscriptions is lost, the videos do not resume. As long as you have an active subscription chain, you will continue to see the videos.
The videos remain available from the upload date until the 30th of each month.

- Once the payment is made, unfortunately, no cash refund will be made under any circumstances, and classes cannot be exchanged for others.
