Hello, you surely know me as Teacher Pekita!<\/p>

Let me tell you that cookies changed my life!! I am proudly an Mexican immigrant living the American dream in the United States.
Engineer by profession, nurse by passion and cookie maker by love.<\/p>

Since 2015 I started this cookie hobby,\u00a0and if you had told me back then that I would dedicate myself fully to decorate and sell cookies, I would not have believed it. In fact, when I saw that it had the potential as a business and I told my mom, she said: \u201cYou’re not going to live on cookies, daughter!!\u201d<\/span><\/p>

But, years later based on my work,<\/span>\u00a0dedication and a lot of practice, I teached my self and I left my job and now I only have to teach the art of decorated cookies as a living.<\/span><\/p>

This is actually very simple, you just need some recipes that you love (I have them), a lot of determination, love, patience and perseverance.<\/p>

With my classes that are super accessible, easy to understand, pre-recorded and step by step, I am going to explain everything you need to know to make cookies from start to finish, even as a beginner since you will have excellent results from the beginning.
I am here to help you so that you don’t make the same mistakes that I made, when I started, I don’t want you to cry, despair, throw away the dough because it is hard, the royal because it is too liquid or not dry, I want to save you time and money, but Most importantly, I want to be here for when you have a question and don’t know who to ask.
